We offer complimentary WiFi and beverages including: soda, water, tea, coffee/cappuccino, margaritas, wine, and lemonade. Please feel free to bring your own drinks for any parties.

Spa Policies

Appointments:

Please be on time for your appointment to receive the maximum benefits of your service. We suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to allow for check-in and changing time. We recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure your choice of preferred time and technician. For large groups, we require a 20% deposit for 3 or more people on the weekends. 

Cancellations:

We respectfully request a 24 hr advance notice of cancellation for services. 

Peace of mind statement:

Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles, we suggest you leave your valuables at home.

Gift Certificate:

All sales are final. Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.

Sterilization and sanitizing:

All metal implements ar sealed in an envelope and sterilized in a steam autoclave similar to those in dental offices. Your Med Spa & Nail technicians use a fresh bag of implements opened exclusively for you. Our spa pedicure comes with “pipe free” meaning there are NO internal water lines or inlet screens to harbor bacteria, oil, or debris. Bacteria are obsolete with our 100% sanitized basins and tools.
